Thank you for shopping with Skylara Essentials. We strive to provide you with high-quality essential oil products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you through our return policy.
- Returns and Exchanges
1.1. Eligibility: You may be eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, your item must be unused without a broken child-proof seal, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.
1.2. Proof of Purchase: To initiate a return or exchange, you must provide valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.
- Process for Returns and Exchanges
2.1. Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support team at skylaraessentials@gmail. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
2.2. Return Authorization: Our Customer Support team will guide you through the return authorization process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) if necessary. Please include this RMA number on the outside of the package.
2.3. Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
2.4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. We will then process your return or exchange within 5 business days.
- Refunds and Exchanges
3.1. Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
3.2. Exchanges: If you request an exchange, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item(s) to you as soon as possible. If there is a price difference between the original item and the replacement, we will either refund the difference or charge the additional amount, as applicable.
- Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to:
Opened or used products.
Products without original packaging.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide you with further instructions.
